I love the food business. I work with my father. I have been doing it now for about 18 months. I have been helping him with food shows. He teaches me the food business. Frenchy's Chicken has been really good to my father so I thought I would return the Good Ol Creole family Htown favor. My father and I went to Hot Springs, Arkansas and did a PFG Food Show. It had a great turn out of 1500 registered vendors. It was so busy we ran out of Frenchy's Boudin and Chicken and Sausage Gumbo. It is so great to work with my father selling Frenchy's Boudin and Gumbo! PFG even had a class to teach the vendors on how to cut cost and waste in the culinary industry. Frenchy's Chicken & Sausage Creole Gumbo!
